Project description Danish Company GJ Teknik and Vietnamese Company Viet Phu made decision
to establish a joint venture company named GJ Vietnam for production of
solar heating projects in Vietnam, and to produce the solar panels domestic
in Vietnam. They have made a decision to construct a 1.600 square meters
new factory and office on the land where Viet Phu Company is located in Binh
Duong Province.
The project was decided in March 2005, and drawings were carried out in
April month 2005 by a Vietnamese architects company. Viet Phu has carried
out the tender procedures between 3 local companies. Tran Lam Construction
Company Limited was chosen as the main contractor to build the GJ factory.
Mr. Hans Grydehøj director of GJ Teknik A/S in Denmark was visiting Vietnam
in week 21 2005 and have asked Carl Bro Vietnam to prepare a budget for
making contract and doing the supervision on site during the construction
period.
The construction started in September 2005 and was finalized in February
2006
