only a transport infrastructure improvement alone but also a
capacity strengthening at both the institutional and human
resource levels. Institutional and human resource developments
are closely inter-related. Training and transfer of knowledge
are seen as common instruments for human resource development.
As a matter of policy during many years of working in developing
countries around the world, Grontmij | Carl Bro Group considers the
training and transfer of technology as a very important and
integral part if our consulting services. We conduct our
services for training and transfer of knowledge with different
methods including coaching, on-the-job training and workshops,
seminars and conferences to training courses and study tours. To
ensure maximum efficiency of the training and transfer of
knowledge, the appropriate method should be selected to meet the
specific needs of each target group and individual client or
persons. The target groups are wide varying from senior to
middle managerial staff, and covers also technical and
operational personnel.
We work also closely with the Danish Road Directorate in
organisation of international training courses for transport
officials from developing countries with financial assistance
from DANIDA for fellowships to participants.
